About Ceremony

Alicia has been a pilates client since 2008 after a knee injury 

A big fan of Pilates. Alicia was a regular at APPI's studios in London. APPI was known in the physio world for their work with The England Rugby Team and the National Ballet as pilates was beneficial in rehabilitation. After many years of being a fan, Alicia was pleased that APPI opened their courses up to students outside of the Physiotherapy and Medical world. Alicia went through a comprehensive course and qualified in Matwork All Levels in 2018. In 2020 she qualified in Reformer All Levels. Alicia says "Pilates is a passion and it can help everyone of all fitness levels and ages, injured or athletic. Pilates has something for everyone."
