1:1 Reformer Sessions
£65 / session
An initial consultation is required which takes 15 minutes. For the first session an additional £20 will be charged for this assessment and session will be 75 minutes
Group Classes (Zoom)
£15/ person
Discount packages available for regular attendees. The 60-minute sessions will be matwork plus accessories such as hand weights and other items in the home we can use during our lockdown era
Duets (Zoom)
£25 / pair
For those couples or friends who want more of an intimate guide through pilates we offer Zoom sessions where more individual attention is given (as well as can be done via Zoom)
